  • Aadhaar Number, and Permanent Account Number (PAN)
  • Demographic information such as gender
  • Make and model of your vehicle and other related particulars
  • Vehicle Insurance related particulars

2. What we do with the information we gather

A. We require this information for the following reasons:

  • To conduct Know-Your-Customer registration
  • To perform compliance checks and keep/maintain internal records
  • To use the information to improve our products and services
  • To periodically send emails to your registered email address about your due dates for vehicle detailig services or our offers/schemes

3. Data Sharing

GASPL may share any clients’ information with the following parties, in connection with and as may be necessary for the conduct of GASPL’s business/operations

  • With the stakeholders like automobile service providers in the value chain , unless any client has specifically written to GASPL to refrain from sharing such information with such parties OR
  • Any regulatory/administrative/legislative authority for compliance with any legal, statutory or regulatory requirements and/or under any applicable laws for the time being in force and/or for the purpose of data storage

GASPL shares such aforesaid information to the aforesaid service providers under strict confidentiality and only on a 'need to know basis' and for the purposes of lawful functioning of GASPL’s business/operations

Notwithstanding anything contained herein, GASPL shall not be responsible/liable, either directly or indirectly, for the authenticity/accuracy of the personal/financial information or any other data/information submitted by you and/or for its misuse, at any time and in any manner whatsoever unless attributable to the acts of GASPL.

  1. We treat your personal information or your use of the service as private and confidential and do not check, edit, or reveal it to any third parties except where it is believed to be in good faith, such action is necessary to comply with the applicable legal and regulatory processes, or to protect and defend the rights of other users or to enforce the terms of service which are binding on all the users
  2. Except where specifically agreed or necessary for operational or regulatory reasons, we will not send you any unsolicited information. However, to help you to take full advantage of our services, messages relating to our products/services and/or changes, additions and improvements to the products/services offered may be sent to you
  3. The Website is not intended for use by children and minors. Parents are requested to ensure that personal information is not provided by minors on the GASPL website. However, this does not intend to prohibit information on minors and children being provided by the parents with respect to any product or service offered by us or any other third party permitted to offer any product or service on its site, which are beneficial to or are designed for the benefit of children and minors

We use the help of Internet Protocol ("IP") addresses to diagnose any problems with its server and to administer the website including by blocking certain addresses that it feels are inappropriately using its website. IP addresses are used to gather broad demographics information, such as browser types, visitor's country, visiting frequency, operating systems, etc
  5. Although we provide appropriate firewalls and protections, our systems are not hack proof. Data pilferage due to unauthorized hacking, virus attacks, technical issues is possible and GASPL takes no liabilities or responsibilities for it. The best security available and provided by infrastructure will be applied to secure data

Cancellation Policy

  • GASPL believes in helping its customers as far as possible and therefore, has a liberal Cancellation Policy. Under this policy:
  • Cancellation will be considered if the request is made within 48 hours of placing a service request. However, the cancellation request will not be entertained if the service request has been communicated to the delivery/ implementation team of GASPL and they have initiated the process of executing the request
  • There is no cancellation of a service request initiated for an execution during the same day (within 24 hours)
  • No cancellations are entertained for service requests that are offered as special or promotional offers or are offered during festivals like Diwali, Pongal, ID, Christmas etc


  • When you buy our services, your purchase is covered by our thirty (30) day money back guarantee. If you have , for any reason, not received any communication from us within twenty four (24) hours post payment or the services have been delayed post twenty four (24) hours after the scheduled date communicated to you for reasons other than force majeure, you can communicate with us for a full refund. To request for a refund, simply contact us with your service details within thirty (30) days of your purchase. Please include your order/ application number and provide us with proof and proper reason for requesting a refund. Refunds will not be provided for services delivered in full.
  • Requests for refunds will be accepted for the following reasons.
  • No service delivered: Despite a valid purchase, no services were delivered even after forty eight (48) hours of the scheduled date of delivery of the services.
  • Specifications not met: Your purchase of the services did not meet the specifications/standards as promised. In case of our service having met partial requirements, you can request for a revision. The support team will provide you quick support for the revised work. If the specifications are still not met, a partial refund to the extent of non-delivery of the required standards will be considered. In this case, full refund will not be considered.
  • Refund with proper proof/reason: Refunds shall not be entertained without proper proof or reasons. The customer who has issue with our services must write an email with proper proof of bad service.
  • Requests for refunds will not be accepted for the following reasons.
  • Refunds can’t be considered if you ask for requirements that were not clearly mentioned or specified at the time of purchase.
  • An informal/ whimsical or a request without cause will not be considered. You should submit proofs that the delivery of service did not meet the requirements/ standards specified at the time of purchase.
  • Refunds will not be considered after full delivery of the services as per the specifications and standards mentioned at the time of purchase.
